Who is Canaris?
After the awakening of her powers, she turned to New Chernobyl as a hope to reduce to reduce the radiation, and use it to her advantage to help the world in her own way.
Upon talking to John and Bilquist, they realized her great potential, and she is considered to be the Baroness of the Green District. Any individual with plant-like abilities report to her for their daily task or job.
( People who hold positions of power are given titles similar to nobility as a sign of their relation to Bilquist and John )

What are Canaris’ abilities?
Cannabis Creation
Able to produce Cannabis that has various effects based on her will that are able to be spanned across any form of effect a natural plant can produce
Plant Super Growth
She can make a plant grow unbelievably quickly.
Revitalization
She can keep any plant alive, but cannot produce a new plant on her own.
Genetic Modification
She is able to genetically modify weed, making it do incredible things, such as removing a persons powers for a short period.
Who was Canaris before?
A BACKGROUND FOR CANARIS
Canaris used to be one of the leading bio engineers for the cannabis industry, with the intention of using it to help as many people as she could in a natural way. Canaris also was very fond of it herself, and therefore it peaked special interest for her.
Canaris helped create a multitude of strains that are still used and sold across the world today. Her favorite, being a mix of Acapulco Gold and Squirt, dubbed famously, Golden Squirt.
Prior to school for bioengineering, Canaris had a rocky upbringing, in-which cannabis had helped her overcome a lot of the traumas, and progress, launching her into who she is today.
